° El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad por Resolución, distribuirá los cargos contemplados para las Oficinas Seccionales y Puestos Operativos teniendo en cuenta lo dispuesto en los artículos 18 y 19 del Decreto-ley 625 de 1974 y las necesidades de rapidez y efectividad de los servicias indispensables para el cumplimiento de las misiones encomendadas al Organismo.
