En cuanto fuere necesario facúltase al Gobierno Nacional para convenir con el Banco de la República todo lo relacionado con la terminación de los contratos vigentes sobre la Concesión de Salinas y la entrega al Instituto de Fomento Industrial de los bienes y empresas a que se refiere la presente Ley.
