Art. 1.° Redúcese en la nueva liquidación del Presupuesto el gasto que figura en el Ministerio del Tesoro, Departamento de Pensiones, Capitulo 60, artículo 372, á la cantidad de treinta mil pesos ($ 30,000), destinada al pago de las pensiones, que decrete la Corte Suprema de Justicia en los casos de los incisos 1.° y 2.° del artículo 1.° de la Ley 21 de 1904.
