Los damnificados con la pérdida de bienes muebles serán auxiliados mediante la aplicación de la fórmula siguiente: 0.25 (P-0.10 C), en la cual P es la pérdida comprobada y C el capital actual damnificado. Este auxilio no puede ser en ningún caso superior al veinticinco por ciento (25%) , del valor de los bienes perdidos. El reconocimiento de auxilios por esta clase de pérdidas se hará por medio de resoluciones motivadas que, necesariamente, deberán ser aprobadas por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
