Adiciónese un inciso segundo al

del artículo 6.10.1.1.2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "En caso de que la emisión vaya a ser colocada en el mercado colombiano y sea dirigida únicamente a inversionistas profesionales de los que tratan los artículos 7.2.1.1.2 y 7.2.1.1.3 del presente decreto, podrá aplicarse lo previsto en el
