En la administración de la renta de licores por los Departamentos, estos deberán producir tales licores sin que puedan venderlos de otros grados que los siguientes del areómetro Cartier, a la temperatura de 15º centígrados: aguardiente común, anisado y ron de no más de 20º, y el alcohol de no menos de 30º.
