Características de la prestación humanitaria periódica. La prestación regulada en este capítulo se entregará directamente a la persona beneficiaria como una ayuda para su subsistencia y tendrá las siguientes características:

Parágrafo

Las personas a quienes a la entrada en vigencia del presente capítulo se les viene reconociendo la pensión como víctimas de la violencia y se les haya cancelado 13 o 14 prestaciones anuales se les continuará realizando el pago en las mismas condiciones.
