Corresponde al Presidente del Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería respectivo, la dirección de la función disciplinaria, sin perjuicio del impedimento de intervenir o tener injerencia en la investigación, en razón de tener que conocer en segunda instancia por vía de apelación o de consulta.
