Artículo segundo. La demanda respectiva deberá llenar los siguientes requisitos
Nombre del demandante o su representante si aquél no compareciere por sí mismo;
Su vecindad y residencia actual;
Lo que se solicita, expresando con claridad y precisión los hechos en que se funda, y
Los fundamentos de derecho en que se apoya.
