Art. 2. ° Los cargos del orden judicial y los del Ministerio público no son acumulables, y son imputables con el ejercicio de cualquiera otro cargo retribuido. Dichos cargos son igualmente incompatibles con toda participación en el ejercicio de la abogacía.

En consecuencia, los que ejerzan tales cargos podrán ser nombrados catedráticos en los establecimientos de Instrucción Publica, por no investir el Profesorado carácter de cargo público.
