Quienes pueden realizar la captura.

1. Por iniciativa propia, en los casos de flagrancia y cuasiflagrancia, los miembros de Policía Judicial, los Agentes de la Fuerza Pública y los particulares.

2. Los miembros de la Policía Judicial y los Agentes de la Fuerza Pública en cumplimiento de la orden impartida por el funcionario de investigación o el Juez del conocimiento.

3. Cualquier persona cuando el funcionario de investigación o el Juez del conocimiento la hayan requerido por un médico serio de publicidad.
