Si al vencimiento de los términos señalados en el artículo anterior, el funcionario electoral no ha recibido la aceptación escrita de una candidatura, se entenderá que el candidato no la acepta, y, por consiguiente, podrá ser reemplazado por los inscriptores, conforme al artículo 94 de este Código.
