El ejercicio de la función de miembro de la junta directiva de una Asociación de Municipios, por parte de quien sea a la vez Concejal Municipal, será gratuito, pero quienes en tal caso residan en lugar distinto al domicilio de la Asociación, tendrán derecho a viáticos durante los días en que haya de reunirse la Junta.
