Artículo cuarto. La anterior declaratoria de días cívicos no conlleva vacancia para los trabajadores del sector privado. El trabajo que se realice por trabajadores del sector privado. El trabajo que se realice por trabajadores al servicio de empleadores particulares en Bogotá, D. E., en tales días, se considerará como efectuado en días ordinarios y no tendrá, por ningún concepto, la remuneración correspondiente al de dominicales o festivos.
