Las Disposiciones Regulatorias Tendrán En Cuenta Los Siguientes Lineamientos Generales: A

°. Las disposiciones regulatorias tendrán en cuenta los siguientes lineamientos generales

Sujeción a los principios, fines y valores constitucionales y legales.

Garantía de la divulgación y la participación ciudadana en las actuaciones en esta materia.

Pertinencia, oportunidad y calidad que garanticen los principios de eficiencia, suficiencia, integralidad y solidaridad tarifaria.

Criterios del régimen tarifario de eficiencia económica, neutralidad, solidaridad, redistribución, suficiencia financiera, simplicidad y transparencia.
