El control fiscal de los Fondos Ganaderos, cualquiera que sea su orden, será ejercido por un Revisor Fiscal con las atribuciones y requisitos exigidos por el Código de Comercio, funcionario que será elegido libremente por la asamblea general de accionistas para un período de dos (2) años.
