Las importaciones por el Puerto de Leticia, con destino a la zona geográfica a que se refiere la Ley 160 de 1938, se autorizarán dentro del presupuesto mensual que señale la Junta de Comercio Exterior, con base en el presupuesto general de divisas que periódicamente fije la Junta Monetaria, y se pagarán por el mercado de capitales.
