° Desde el 1° de diciembre del presente año, el personal del ramo de Guerra no podrá exceder de: Siete Generales de División. Siete Generales de Brigada. Veinticinco Coroneles. Treinta Tenientes Coroneles. Treinta y ocho Mayores Ciento quince Capitanes. Ciento veintinueve Tenientes. Ciento cuarenta y ocho Subtenientes. Ocho mil individuos de tropa (Suboficiales, Cabos segundos y soldados); y El personal de empleados militares y auxiliar que se fija en el presente Decreto.
