ARTICULO 2.1.2.2.8 . LIMITES AL FINANCIAMIENTO DE LA CONSTRUCCION. Las corporaciones financieras únicamente podrán financiar construcciones de parques industriales, locales o plantas contemplados en proyectos de creación, reorganización, fusión, transformación o ampliación de empresas. Así mismo podrán continuar otorgando crédito a compañías dedicadas a la construcción de obras públicas.
