º. Siempre que se trate de alguno de los supuestos contemplados en los numerales 1 a 6 del artículo tercero, el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social estará obligado a impugnar la conciliación, el acto administrativo o la sentencia de que se trate o el crédito contenido en ellos, ante la autoridad jurisdiccional competente. En el caso contemplado en el numeral 7 deberá constituirse como parte civil en el proceso penal al que haya sido vinculado el crédito.
