amends decreto 1333/86

Artículo 1° El artículo 135 del Código de Régimen Municipal, quedará así:

“En cada Municipio habrá un funcionario que tendrá el carácter de defensor del pueblo o veedor ciudadano, agente del Ministerio Público y defensor de los derechos humanos, llamado Personero Municipal, que tendrá un suplente designado por el mismo que elija al principal.

El suplente reemplazará al principal en todo caso de falta absoluta o temporal, mientras se provee lo conveniente por quien corresponda.

Las calidades previstas en el artículo 137 del Código de Régimen Municipal, deberán observarse así mismo para el Personero suplente.
