El Prefecto podrá imponer multas sucesivas hasta de veinte mil pesos a las personas o entidades que se nieguen a presentar libros de contabilidad y otros documentos solicitados dentro de las investigaciones a que se refiere este Decreto. Igualmente podrán ser sancionados con multa las personas que no rindan los informes o el testimonio que se les solicite. La multa se impondrá teniendo en cuenta la gravedad de los hechos y la necesidad de la prueba correspondiente, CAPITULO XIII Disposiciones relativas a impuestos
