º. Créase el Instituto Tecnológico de Soledad, Atlántico, como un establecimiento público del orden nacional, adscrito al Ministerio de Educación Nacional, con personería jurídica, autonomía académica, administrativa y financiera. Su domicilio será la ciudad de Soledad, departamento del Atlántico.

Parágrafo

La creación de la Institución Tecnológica de que trata la presente ley, estará sometida a los requisitos establecidos en la Ley 30 de 1992 .
