Los Ministerios de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, Justicia y del Derecho y Salud y Protección Social, el Invima, el FNE y las entidades adscritas y vinculadas de cada sector, dentro de sus competencias, brindarán la información y orientación sobre licenciamiento, cupos y registros a los pequeños y medianos cultivadores, productores y comercializadores nacionales de cannabis que así lo soliciten, siempre que no se trate de información reservada.
