Para evaluar el criterio establecido en el literal e) del artículo noveno (9º), el Consejo Asesor de Locución conceptuará sobre el conocimiento del aspirante a obtener la licencia, en las siguientes materias

Gramática Española.

Literatura Española e Hispanoamericana.

Historia y Geografía de Colombia.

Temas de actualidad nacional y mundial. á. Legislación sobre Radiodifusión. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones elaborará un banco de datos que contenga las preguntas sobre estas materias.
