El plan de estudios para los cursos cortos de agricultura destinados a formar administradores y peones hábiles en sus varios grados, será redactado por las Junta Directivas de las respectivas Escuelas y será sometido para su estudio y aprobación al Gobierno Nacional. Esta enseñanza se dará en todas las Escuelas Agrícolas reconocidas por el Gobierno y al terminar el curso se le expedirá a cada alumno un certificado en que conste el tiempo que permaneció en la Escuela y la enseñanza, tanto teórica como práctica, que tuvo.
