En el término de siete días útiles después de terminada la entrega de mercancía a la aduana, el Administrador de aduana cancelará el sobordo teniendo en cuenta el memorial correspondiente, y aplicando las multas a que hubiere lugar por todas las diferencias entre la mercancía declarada en el sobordo y la mercancía entregada.
