º . Recepción de conformidad. Si del examen de la solicitud el Incomex establece que se han cumplido los requisitos exigidos por el presente Decreto, así lo comunicará al solicitante, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la fecha de radicación de la solicitud. Si las informaciones o documentos que proporcione el interesado al presentar su solicitud no son suficientes, se procederá conforme a lo previsto por el artículo 12 del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
