Certificaciones. Las certificaciones sobre el ejercicio del cargo del Director General y miembros de la Junta Directiva, serán expedidas por el Secretario General del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional. Las de los demás funcionarios del Instituto, serán expedidas por el Director General o por el funcionario en quien se delegue estas atribuciones.
