Artículo único. La persona que venda o suministré licores embriagantes en contravención a lo dispuesto por el artículo 3.° del Decreto número 670, de 15 de marzo de 1949, incurrirá en multa de diez a quinientos pesos. Este decreto rige desde su fecha. Comuníquese y publíquese.
