º. Del objeto. El presente decreto tiene por objeto reglamentar la integración y organización de las Comisiones Consultivas de que trata el artículo 31 de la Ley 10 de 1990, así como las funciones que deben cumplir. Estas Comisiones reemplazan para todos los efectos legales, las comisiones de personal previstas en las normas del sistema general de administración de personal.
