Articulo 8º . Efectos del registro. El registro de calidad e idoneidad constituye el documento auténtico proveniente del productor de bien o servicio, con base en el cual se podrá establecer la responsabilidad por la calidad e idoneidad del bien o servicio, por la garantía mínima presunta del productor y por las marcas, las leyendas y la propaganda comercial de los bienes y servicios. El Estado no asume responsabilidad alguna por la calidad e idoneidad registradas por los productores.
