El Comité dispone de seis (6) meses contados a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, para entregar el Plan Nacional de Contingencia a la aprobación del Comité Nacional para la Atención y Prevención de desastres, conforme al artículo 54 del Decreto 919 de 1989 y del Consejo Nacional Ambiental, conforme al artículo 14 de la Ley 99 de 1993. El Plan será adoptado por medio de Decreto.
