Instructivos de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia . La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, en el término de dos (2) meses, contado a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, emitirá las instrucciones, dentro de sus competencias, sobre las cuentas de margen, de manera concordante con las disposiciones de este decreto.

Parágrafo

Los instructivos o actos administrativos de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia que se referían a las cuentas de margen u operaciones con características o consecuencias similares seguirán rigiendo durante el régimen de transición previsto en el Capítulo VII del presente decreto.
