De los terrenos declarados como Zona Franca .Los terrenos localizados dentro del área declarada como Zona Franca, que por razones de legislación especial, constituyan zonas de reserva o de seguridad nacional para efectos del desarrollo de inversiones, construcción de infraestructura e inmuebles deberán someterse a las disposiciones que para el efecto tenga el organismo a cuyo cargo estén asignados su custodia, vigilancia y tutela.
