Art. 4. ° Para que se verifique la audiencia que ordena el artículo 2. ° se librará despacho, con copia de todo lo actuado, á cualquier funcionario de la residencia de Magistrado de quien se trate. El término del traslado no será menor de seis días ni mayor de doce. Concluído dicho termino y el de la distancia, la Corte Resolverá dentro de diez días.
