Para los efectos del presente Decreto la vigilancia de la Superintendencia de Sociedades anónimas, comprende la facultad de practicar visitas de oficio, por cuya causa las sociedades exoneradas de la obligación de recibir tales visitas, deberán renunciar expresamente dicho beneficio para poder gozar de las exenciones de impuestos.
