Este auxilio tendrá como finalidad contribuir a la ejecución del Festival Folclórico Colombiano, y de tal suma deberá destinarse, por lo menos, la cantidad de ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($ 150.000.00) para las siguientes obras: a) Para el Museo de Arte Popular Colombiano$50.000.00b) Para premios que deban otorgarse en los concursos nacionales de música, danzas, artes menores, cuento, leyenda y poesía folclórico50.000.00c) Para la compra de obras con destino á la Galería Departamental de Artes Plásticas, creada por Decreto número 482 de 1960, del Gobierno Departamental del Tolima50,000.00
