Cuando se retire requiere la mercancía para exportarla, su propietario o el agente de éste prestará una fianza igual al doble del valor que los correspondientes derechos, para responder de que la mercancía será realmente exportada y de que se probará a satisfacción del Director General, su descargue fuera del territorio nacional.
