Artículo único . Condónase al señor Manuel Monroy la suma de cuatro mil setecientos sesenta y cuatro pesos ochenta centavos ($4.76480), en que resultó alcanzado como Administrador que fue de las Salinas de Chita y Muneque en 1881, por reconocer que dicho alcance no provino de mala fe del Sr. Monroy, quien ha probado su proverbial honradez.
