º. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 67 del Decreto número 1598 de 1963, por lo menos el veinticinco por ciento (25%) de la reserva legal de las cooperativas a 31 de diciembre de 1967 y de las apropiaciones anuales que hagan en el futuro, deberán ser invertidas en el Instituto, en la siguiente forma: Las cooperativas que se afilien a él, en certificados e aportación del mismo; las que no lo hicieren, en bonos para tal efecto expedirá el Instituto de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el numeral 3º del artículo 4º del Decreto número 1630 de 1963, mediante reglamentación que hará la Junta de Directores del Instituto y que aprobará el Gobierno.
