Art. 5.° La plana mayor de cada Division se compondrá de un Comandante jeneral o Coronel; de un ayudante de éste, del empleo de Capitan, que hará de Secretario, cuando llegue el caso de ejercer el citado Comandante jeneral autoridad militar judicial; de un Jefe de Estado Mayor, que podrá ser del empleo de Coronel o Teniente coronel, i de dos ayudantes, de Subtenientes a Capitanes.
