Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores . El Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, creado por el Decreto número 0020 de 1992, es una Unidad Administrativa Especial del Orden Nacional, dotado de personería jurídica y patrimonio propio, adscrito al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. La gestión del Fondo Rotatorio se cumplirá, en lo pertinente, a través de la estructura, procesos y la planta de personal del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. El Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores adoptará las medidas conducentes para la organización administrativa del Fondo, con sujeción a lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 0020 de 1992.
