En los casos de los artículos 128, 129 y 131 de este Código la elección se hará para el resto del período. En los mismos casos, el Consejo Nacional Electoral designará dos (2) delegados en donde deban verificarse los escrutinios, y el Tribunal Superior designará las respectivas comisiones escrutadoras municipales. Tales designaciones se harán dentro de los términos necesarios para el oportuno cumplimiento de la presente disposición.
