Es entendido que toda resolución definitiva de incursión en una fianza de las ya mencionadas, prestara merito ejecutivo en favor del actor, por lo cual el podrá, con copia autentica de ella, ocurrir al Juez competente pidiéndole la efectividad correspondiente en juicio ejecutivo.
