La comisión será desempeñada personalmente por el comisionista, quien no podrá delegar su cometido sin autorización expresa.

Bajo su responsabilidad podrá emplear, en el desempeño de la comisión, dependientes en operaciones que, según la costumbre, se confíen a éstos.
