Expedición del acto administrativo mediante el cual se reconoce el derecho del contribuyente al título negociable del descuento tributario de becas por impuestos. Una vez emitida la certificación del supervisor de que trata el artículo 2.14.5.5. de este decreto, el Ministerio del Deporte expedirá el acto administrativo mediante el cual se reconoce el derecho del contribuyente al título negociable del descuento tributario de becas por impuestos. Dicho acto deberá contener la información de los títulos negociables representativos del descuento tributario de becas por impuestos de que tratan los numerales 1 al 6 del artículo 1.6.2.5.9 del Decreto 1625 de 2016.
