Valor de la apropiación. La apropiación del bien en garantía por el acreedor garantizado se hará por el valor que resulte del avalúo practicado. Cualquier inconformidad o discusión relacionada con el resultado del avalúo se resolverá por el trámite previsto en el Código General del Proceso para el proceso declarativo, una vez apropiado por el acreedor garantizado el bien en garantía, o efectuada su realización. La transferencia de la propiedad del bien no se verá afectada por el resultado del trámite posterior.
