º. En las demás capitales de Departamento subsistirán las Juntas creadas por la Ley 67 de 1920, que funcionarán con el personal determinado en dicha Ley. Corresponde a estas Juntas conocer de los asuntos determinados en la Ley 85 del año pasado, en cuanto ellos se refieran al respectivo Departamento, y su conocimiento no esté especialmente atribuido a otra Junta.
