División De Ofertas Públicas. El artículo 10 del Decreto 2739 de 1991 quedará así: "Corresponde a la División de Ofertas Públicas las siguientes funciones: "1. Elaborar los estudios financieros, económicos y jurídicos necesarios para decidir sobre la autorización de las ofertas públicas de valores. "2. Impulsar el trámite de las solicitudes de ofertas públicas de valores. "3. Revisar las solicitudes de aprobación de programas publicitarios. "4. Brindar asesoría a los emisores de valores, en relación con las ofertas públicas de valores que deseen realizar. "5. Las demás que se le asignen de acuerdo con la naturaleza de la dependencia."
